Training in Unique SUN Methodology

Who: Business and Life Coaches, External and Internal
Length: 40 hours spaced over 8-10 months
Schedule: 2 hours every 2-3 weeks for the first 18 hours, then at your convenience
Method: Conducted 1:1 or in groups, in person, Video Skype, phone and/or distance learning.
Cost: $4000.; $2600 if 3-6 in group

For any graduate of an ICF-accredited coach training program or equivalent that wants to obtain an additional 40 hours of coach specific training and wishes to use the SUN methodology

1. For continuing education (re-credentialing) or
2. To qualify for the PCC or MCC credential or
3. To add the SUN unique methodology to your coaching portfolio
4. To enhance your clients results using a results-driven methodology

OBJECTIVES: To experience and learn and practice using the SUN methodology with 3 clients under mentoring supervision. The SUN program has a structure and process; the coach provides the structure using three unique techniques applicable to personal and business coaching. The client provides the content.

Part I: (23 hours) Learn and experience the SUN methodology along with training how and when to use the methods.

Part II: (17 hours) Coach 3 clients using the SUN program. During this time you receive mentoring and supervision (and continued training) in applying SUN methods. You learn the SUN principles and the SUN model. During Part II you may also attend the monthly SUN Tele-classes and receive credit.
